Yogalates
It is Never Too Late to get into Shape!
Yogalates will be taking place Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30 PM.
What is Yogalates?
Stretch, strengthen and tone up without all the jumping around. Yogalates is a unique blend of yoga and Pilates inspired exercises that use your own body's resistance to firm up and re-shape your muscles.
Bring a sticky mat and a small towel.
About the Instructor!
Elaine Schneider is a NETA certified group fitness instructor for over 3 years. She has been involved in sports and fitness all of her life and loves to see the positive changes exercise brings to everyone who joins a class. Group exercise is a great way to commit to taking better care of yourself.
