Fitness Classes at On Pointe

Our Adult Fitness Classes are all dance-based classes that will keep you moving and help you reach healthy lifestyle goals! These classes are held in sessions which begin throughout the year but you can join a class at any time. Starting in the 2016/2017 season, many of our classes are available at the same time as classes for kids! If your schedule doesn’t work with the commitment of a session, you can purchase a Fitness Punch Card good for any class OR you can drop in at any time!
