Hip Hop Fit with Bri

Continuing in the Summer 2018 fitness season is HIP HOP FIT with Miss Bri, our very own dance-based fitness class for adults!

This is a dance-based workout class where you’ll sweat to hot music and learn amazing hip hop moves that will make your kids jealous. It’s a fun, no-pressure dance class for all levels, and you’ll get better and better the more you attend!

Recommended attire is loose, comfortable clothing and comfortable tennis shoes. Join us on Wednesdays this summer and Hip Hop til you are Fit!
