We’re excited to have Yoga back during our 2017 – 2018 fitness season at On Pointe’s Metamora location! Our longtime Yoga expert, Dawn Marie, guides you through an hour of relaxing, refreshing, and healthful yoga practice. Join one of our Yoga classes as a drop-in student, use a punch card, or sign up for a session now.
Yoga classes are 6:45 – 7:45 PM on Wednesday evenings during our Fall 2017 sessions.
