Low-Impact Zumba Also Available!

This class is the same fun and energetic songs and rhythms as basic Zumba, but with modified intensity for protection of already compromised joints and muscles. If you ever said “I would love to do Zumba, but my joints and/or muscles are weak and can’t handle it,” or “I need simpler steps” then this is the class for you!

How Zumba Works:

We take the work out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Zumba is an hour long class.
Low-Impact Zumba is a 45-minute class.

With multiple variations of each step, you choose the intensity and impact that is the most comfortable for you, while still getting a great cardio and fat burning workout!

The best clothing for Zumba is comfortable, breathable clothing that you can stretch in and tennis shoes. Please let the desk staff know if you are interested in additional class times, we’re always open to adding new classes.
